Hand-crafted from flotsam and jetsam washed ashore the beautiful Celtic coastline of South Wales. The pretty coastal town of Ogmore-by-Sea (located between Bridgend and Llantwit Major) is home to one of the most impressive beaches in this part of Wales and where the majority of driftwood you see here is sourced.

Ogmore Beach is the locals choice for dog walking, surfing, beach bouldering or just hanging out. For me, it’s perfect and my first choice for driftwood collecting. With so many nooks, cranny’s and coves, finding a piece in the exact shape and size you want may not always be possible but you can usually come away with a good sized bag of driftwood.
